Custom Name Patch

Our custom 4″x14′” name plates are dye sublimated on heavy canvas and will withstand the hard use of competition or regular training. These patches will display the athletes last name prominently across the back, between the shoulders. Note: contact a staff member after purchase to confirm the last name to be used. Please remember to leave a comment on the checkout page that includes the name for the patch!!!!
